Our specialties
The menu changes all the time to reflect the season and availability of the freshest ingredients; This is particularly exemplified in the continual evolution of the fish dishes, mirrored by the ever changing sea conditions around the British Isles. The short but, sweet season for that local phenomenon Rhubarb is always amply represented when available and there is always an eclectic mix of continental charcuterie and cheese.
